A 15-20 minute drive gets you to the best beaches NC has to offer, including Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. There is no shortage of fun activities!

This property includes both units of a side of a side-by-side duplex. Guests will have full access to both sides of the duplex when booked together. The divider on the wrap-around porch can be opened to allow easy flow between the two units as desired. However, the backyard will remain divided with a small removable access point. Either side is also available to book individually for smaller groups.

Andy's spot was incredible-- super clean and homey. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the space. The location was tucked away in a really attractive neighborhood, but was still super walkable and convenient to downtown. We were a group of 8 and having the two separate units was perfect. There was ample space for hanging around but everyone still had their own space for sleeping and getting ready for the day. Overall it was a really comfortable place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it—especially for groups looking to be close to downtown!

Find us

Two private driveways on either side of the home provides exceptional parking, unique for Downtown Wilmington homes. Street parking is also available and free. However, out of respect for our neighbors and local commuters, we ask that guests try as best they can to keep their vehicles on the street directly in front of the home. If taken, up and down the street is free public parking. This home and location is very walkable; you can get away without driving or Ubers for the majority of activities or outings. Exiting from downtown to make trips elsewhere is easy and accessible by the major thoroughfares such as Market St or Oleander.
