We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Andrews Duplex in Wilmington! The location couldn’t be better, just a quick and easy walk to downtown Wilmington, which made exploring the area super convenient. The home itself is beautiful inside, with thoughtful touches and a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean, seriously clean as heck, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Our host was awesome, friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. And a special shoutout for the coffee, some of the best we’ve had at an Airbnb! Highly recommend this place, we’d definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not do justice the view or the location. The place is walkable to everything! And right on the loop. Beach view from porch is wonderful. And the place is beautiful and peaceful. Yes it’s up three flights BUT it’s not a big deal and without the flights of stairs you would not have the view. So worth it! Beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. Great place and will rent again!

Very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed at our disposal for a three week stay. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed and Andrew had them taken care of right away.

I highly recommend Andrew’s beach condo! With just a short walk to the beach, Andrew’s home is a clean, perfectly appointed, spacious and affordable option I hope to book again in the future. Just pack your clothing, because Andrew has thoughtfully provided everything else you’ll need for a beach escape. Should you have any questions, this helpful host is just a quick text away! We loved our stay!

Andrew’s place is great. The location is perfect, on a pretty tree-lined street in Wilmington’s historic district. It’s a short walk to dozens of restaurants, shops and bars, as well as the River Walk along the Cape Fear River. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, beds were quite comfortable, and linens and towels were fresh. Loved sitting on the front porch with my morning coffee. Andrew was very responsive and made it all easy. I loved his place and hope to return someday.

Andy's spot was incredible-- super clean and homey. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the space. The location was tucked away in a really attractive neighborhood, but was still super walkable and convenient to downtown. We were a group of 8 and having the two separate units was perfect. There was ample space for hanging around but everyone still had their own space for sleeping and getting ready for the day. Overall it was a really comfortable place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it—especially for groups looking to be close to downtown!

Andrew’s house was perfect for what we needed. We were in North Carolina for college baseball games at UNC. We were with 3 other friends. The location was perfect, minutes from UNC and downtown Chapel Hill as well as our team’s hotel location. The place was very nice, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and good coffee every morning before we left for the games. All the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, Andrew was very responsive to any of our minor needs. Very hospitable. We would 100% stay there again.
