Winmore is a beautifully designed neighborhood in a sought after area in Chapel Hill. The group of townhomes is just adjacent to small section of commercial shops including a salon and boutique. The neighborhood has a shared pool area, walking trails, creek, and small playgrounds for children. During your stay, you are welcome to access and use all of these amenities which makes this a truly special stay. There are bus routes near the neighborhood if desired, otherwise this location is very central for a stay in Chapel Hill, a quick drive to downtown, Franklin Street, UNC campus. Other areas in the Triangle are easily accessible with I-40 access to Durham, Raleigh, RDU airport.

Guest Access

Winmore is a residential neighborhood with well designed layout and a friendly vibe. Many residents love to use the neighborhood and surrounding trails for walks, biking, and more. Please be aware of this while driving through the neighborhood as there may be kids or adults playing or walking through the neighborhood. There is a front and a back entrance to the neighborhood each opening onto the same larger road.

Andrew’s house was perfect for what we needed. We were in North Carolina for college baseball games at UNC. We were with 3 other friends. The location was perfect, minutes from UNC and downtown Chapel Hill as well as our team’s hotel location. The place was very nice, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and good coffee every morning before we left for the games. All the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, Andrew was very responsive to any of our minor needs. Very hospitable. We would 100% stay there again.

I booked Andrew’s place for family who was coming to stay when my hot water heater conked out at my own house. They were in all the way from Germany and were so happy with this Airbnb; it’s a very lovely home with plenty of room for the family and wonderful accommodations. Andrew was an absolute lifesaver! I had to book absolutely last minute (and I mean LAST minute) because of the emergency, and he was a breeze to work with. I am so grateful for his working with us, and for making a hard situation so much easier with his prompt responses and absolute professionalism.

Easy drives to many popular areas of NC including Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Hillsborough, and slightly further but easy drive to Raleigh, Durham, and RDU Airport. There is public transportation options nearby the neighborhood if desired, otherwise everything you could be visiting Chapel Hill/Carrboro for is a convenient and close drive. Walking trails and more within the neighborhood.
