Andrew was a great host, the place was clean and as described and it was within walking distance to the riverwalk and many other things in Wilmington. Thank you and I will be back! Would recommend staying 10/10!

This place was ideal and exactly what we were looking for for an extended weekend trip. The house was spotless and super close to the beach and local restaurants/shops. It felt very welcoming and homey, and had all the amenities we were looking for. Andrew was a fantastic host!!

We stayed at Andrew’s place over Labor Day and immediately felt right at home. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to make a breakfast or a quick lunch, and the beds were very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also a big plus! The location is fantastic—walkable to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants along the riverfront. The duplex is in the Wilmington Historic District, surrounded by beautiful homes full of character. We especially enjoyed simply walking around and admiring the historic houses.

This is our fourth trip to Surf City in the Summertime. This specific home is the first we have really felt at home in. The furnishings are lovely, and everything you need is stocked, and organized. Having ample beach chairs, toys, bikes, an extra fridge, ping pong etc in the garage space made it a breeze to fill our days with a balance of time in the sun, and active bonding time in the evenings or during a few bouts of rain. The walkability into town was just right, with my 4 and 6 year old-heading to Shaka Taco and the ice cream shop was especially memorable...almost every day. Having king sized beds was great for our family, as we are all over or near 6 ft tall- hard to find more than one king in a rental right on the beach ive found, so A+ there too. Great spot, great home, lots of memories made.

I booked Andrew’s place for family who was coming to stay when my hot water heater conked out at my own house. They were in all the way from Germany and were so happy with this Airbnb; it’s a very lovely home with plenty of room for the family and wonderful accommodations. Andrew was an absolute lifesaver! I had to book absolutely last minute (and I mean LAST minute) because of the emergency, and he was a breeze to work with. I am so grateful for his working with us, and for making a hard situation so much easier with his prompt responses and absolute professionalism.

This was a perfect house for our needs. It was fully stocked for us with fresh towels, clean sheets, a starter supply of coffee/tea, trash bags and cleaning supplies. The location was great. We were able to walk a few blocks to the River Walk. I was there to help my sophomore move into UNCW. I was only 10-15 min from the university.

We keep coming back to Bleu Haven. Terrific location and setup. Andrew is a great host and can help out if needed. No reason for us to look elsewhere when visiting Wilmington.

This is an excellent place to stay, perfectly situated for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view from the porch is breathtaking, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The town is also only a short 2-minute stroll away, offering a variety of fantastic restaurants and shops to explore. Andrew truly thought of everything — the fully equipped kitchen had all the essentials, and there were even beach chairs provided for added convenience. The outdoor shower was a great touch, especially after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience. Getting there and accessing the townhome was a breeze. Very quiet and relaxing. Was there for a wedding with my wife and daughters, and it was great to come back to the townhome to relax/recover from all the wedding preparations. Andrew was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. I will definitely look at the properties Andrew manages first next time I am in the area!
