Wonderful experience. Getting there and accessing the townhome was a breeze. Very quiet and relaxing. Was there for a wedding with my wife and daughters, and it was great to come back to the townhome to relax/recover from all the wedding preparations. Andrew was very responsive and helpful with questions we had. I will definitely look at the properties Andrew manages first next time I am in the area!

Andrew was a great host. He gave us clear instructions for our stay. This house is SO well stocked with all of the pots and pans, utensils, spices and detergents. The view is incredible. And you really can’t beat the proximity to all of the restaurants, ice cream stand, and beach. So nice not to have to cart our things. The outdoor shower was great for washing off before coming back inside. The street was quiet at night so my kids were able to sleep. We did put a suction cup shade over the window in the kids bunk room so they didn’t wake with the dawn, but we always have to do that at the beach. Just a consideration for families reading this with little ones! Also highly recommend WB guppies surf camp. The drop off was 5 mins away. We went to Wrightsville beach park on scooters and really enjoyed the free concerts! This place is central to everything. A true gem!

This place was amazing! We stayed here to bring our toddler to the beach for the first time and this was the PERFECT place. Roomy, clean, and close to the beach. There is even an outdoor shower to help get clean from all the sand. We want to come back next year!

The condo was more than we hoped for! Location was amazing, interior is roomy and bright with plenty of seating. We spent most of the time on the deck looking out at the beach! It was so close and a 1 minute walk. Three bedrooms gave us plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. So appreciative of Andrew and this lovely home.

We just spent a week at Sittin In The Sand. It was a fabulous week. We were all extremely happy with our house. It was very clean and well appointed. We had 11 family members and all the adults had a private room. Two of the bedrooms were ocean facing and had en-suite baths. The other 2 bathrooms were right outside the bedroom doors. The 5 kids shared the large 4th bedroom with plenty of room. Any questions we had were immediately answered. The owners reached out us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The basement/garage was great with a ping pong table, a second refrigerator and tons of outdoor toys and chairs. The location is very close to the pier so we walked or biked most places. They provided bikes. We are hoping to rebook this house many times. It could definitely be our home away from home

We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Wilmington. The neighborhood is quiet and the house was perfect for our family of 3. I would recommend!

Walking into Sittin in the Sand our expectations were exceeded, as the photos don’t do the space justice, especially in the big open living area. Our family group of 6 adults, a toddler and two infants had plenty of room and options to enjoy group/individual time. From enjoying the kitchen and family area for joint meals to having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, along with lots of deck space and available seating, our group was able to relax and make some wonderful memories together. Having the ocean view and beach access was fantastic, even on days when some rain came thru. The home is tastefully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, ping pong table and bikes. This is truly a place where you can bring your personal items, pick up some groceries and have all you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. The host was friendly, communication was great and went above and beyond to accommodate a couple of our special requests. Can’t wait to return!

Place was just as described. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway from the craziness downtown. It’s very peaceful here. But only a couple minute walk to downtown. 10/10 would stay here again if we returned to Wilmington. Everything in the home worked as it should. Had all of the essentials plus more.

Great location, close to downtown! We walked everyday and night to all our eating spots and shopping! We felt very safe walking! Inside was very cozy. Couch was super comfy as early mornings I would read my book. Driveway held 3 cars for us. Place was clean and had all we needed for 6 days! Places to eat- DramYard, Quanto Basta, Tequila's. Lots of good bars too if you are in to hopping around. Hidden Grounds is a great coffee spot in the morning too! I recommend this place as a great weekend getaway, concert goers, or even a week stay! You cannot go wrong!
